Leadership NPQs enable teachers and leaders to expand their existing knowledge and confidence, ready for progression to more senior roles. 

Working with our lead provider, Ambition Institute, our leadership NPQ programmes support professional development, drawing on the very best research and development. They are designed to equip teachers and leaders to tackle the challenges faced in school and provide practical tools for professionals to have an even bigger impact, in the classroom and across school.

NPQ SENCO: Develop essential knowledge and skills needed to set the strategic direction of SEND policy in schools and the conditions in which pupils with SEND can thrive. 

NPQ Early Years Leadership: Develop expertise in leading high-quality early years education and care, as well as effective staff and organisational management. 

NPQ Senior Leadership: Develop leadership knowledge to improve outcomes for teachers and pupils in their schools.

NPQ Headship: Develop knowledge that underpins expert school leadership and apply it to become an outstanding headteacher. 

Early Headship Coaching Offer: Provides new headteachers within their first 5 years of headship with personalised support to help them solve problems relevant in their school context.
